Acceptance of terms

By using wolfux.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or sell on Wolfux.

Purchases and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required. When you buy a product you receive a license to use it, not ownership of the product. Products and prices may change without notice.

Licenses

Each purchase includes the license you selected (Standard or Extended), as described on our License page, which forms part of these terms. Licenses are non-exclusive, perpetual and non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share original source files.

All-Access subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your first All-Access payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Projects completed during an active subscription remain licensed after cancellation.

Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally final. We will refund within 14 days of purchase if a file is defective, materially different from its description, or does not open in the listed software.

Creators

Creators keep ownership of their work and grant Wolfux a non-exclusive right to market and distribute it. Creators earn 70% of net sales, paid monthly once the balance reaches $50. Creators confirm they own or have the rights to everything they upload.

Prohibited use

Do not use the site to infringe intellectual property, upload malware, scrape the catalog, share accounts, or bypass download limits.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Wolfux infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@wolfux.com with the details required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to valid notices promptly.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wolfux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wolfux is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
